1 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the tkluck Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Service:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tkluck operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market. Players under 21 must not attempt to register or use the Service under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a commercial organisation, syndicate, or professional betting entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of tkluck or any of its affiliated companies or game-provider partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from tkluck or from any affiliated platform operated by the Company.
• Your use of the Service is legal under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for verifying this before registering.

tkluck reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Where a player is found to be underage, tkluck will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any net deposited funds after deducting any winnings generated, in accordance with applicable law.

2 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money features on tkluck, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following obligations:

• One account per person. Each player may hold only one active account on tkluck. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tkluck will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkluck immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
• Account verification (KYC). tkluck may at any time request identity documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

tkluck reserves the right to refuse account applications at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

tkluck supports the following payment channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may take up to 3 business days to be returned to the originating payment source.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tkluck account within seconds under normal conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. tkluck does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 may be subject to additional identity verification before funds are released. tkluck reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Matching payment methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless tkluck's support team explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
• No third-party payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. tkluck will reject such transactions and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tkluck offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to players who have a verified account in good standing. tkluck reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts suspected of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• One bonus at a time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Game contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates will be stated per promotion.
• Abuse and collusion. Any player found to be colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures, using multiple accounts, or employing automated software to generate wagering activity will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

tkluck is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or errors in odds or payouts. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on tkluck.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Laundering funds through the tkluck platform or using the Service in any manner that facilitates illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another player's account, the tkluck backend systems, or any game server.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards tkluck staff or other players via any communication channel.

Where tkluck has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or void pending withdrawals and outstanding balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. tkluck's determination of prohibited conduct shall be final and binding.

6 Responsible Gaming

tkluck takes player wellbeing seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit limits. Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your tkluck account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a cooling-off period when raised.
• Session time-out. Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This tool helps you manage your playing time without relying on willpower alone.
• Cooling-off period. Take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account will be inaccessible for real-money wagering.
• Self-exclusion. Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion at any time by contacting tkluck support at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, the account will be closed and all marketing communications will cease immediately.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkluck platform — including but not limited to the tkluck brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of tkluck or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tkluck content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use of tkluck intellectual property may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, game results, or promotional information due to a technical error subsequently corrected by tkluck.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service downtime for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Where tkluck is found liable for direct damages, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

tkluck collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkluck employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard stored personal information. Player data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

10 Amendments, Governing Law, and Disputes

Amendments. tkluck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English, with each party bearing its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bonus calculation, or payment, you must contact tkluck support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. tkluck will investigate the matter and respond within 10 business days. tkluck's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes shall be final where the integrity of the game's certified RNG is confirmed.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkluck with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, and understandings.
